Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role? We're seeking a HR Business Partner to lead human resources functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and collaborate with management on strategic decisions at our service centers.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

HR Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the branch.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Handle policy implementation, compliance, and documentation
• Investigate incidents and partner with the Division HR Manager on escalations
• Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training sessions
• Maintain employee files and ensure accurate records
• Help managers navigate employee performance and feedback
• Analyze turnover, track HR metrics, and support reporting
• Serve as a "back-up" to Payroll when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Ability to work full-time in-office
• Working knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
