Associate Director, Experience Strategy

Job Description The Associate Director, Experience Strategy is a key collaborator within the Experience Strategy team, working to connect brand and customer moments into seamless, personalized experiences. The role requires strategic contribution on projects, delivering data‑driven insights, and applying best practices across digital channels, content, user experience, and technology to design and optimize personalized experiences for diverse audiences. Responsibilities Lead the execution of core Experience Strategy deliverables, including audits, content inventory, and workshop materials. Collaborate with manager and Leadership on personalization and omnichannel strategies, customer journey mapping, and implementation plans. Support Manager and Leadership on organic growth and new business initiatives. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights, translating them into compelling, data‑backed recommendations and strategic stories for clients. Conduct secondary research to support POVs, white papers, case studies, and other materials as needed. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related field. Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing industries. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and customer research to inform strategic decisions. Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Proficiency with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Airtable). Adaptability with AI systems and frameworks.
