This is a sales-driven position for someone who enjoys prospecting, following up, closing opportunities, and building a book of business. You don't have to be an insurance expert to succeed here. What You'll Do Prospect for new customers through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospective clients. Build relationships and uncover customers' insurance needs. Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage. Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes. Educate customers on products, coverage options, and discounts. Cross-sell and bundle products when appropriate. Ask for the sale and work opportunities through to the close. Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity. Deliver a professional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale and beyond. Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals. What We're Looking For Previous sales experience strongly preferred. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire. Confident communicator who is comfortable talking with customers. Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results. Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Positive, professional, and coachable. Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continually improve. Enjoys being part of a team while taking ownership of individual results. Is This You?
