Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Summit/Morristown

Clinical Specialist role supporting orthopedic surgeries at Stryker, focused on robotic and manual joint replacement procedures. Responsibilities include pre-operative planning, OR support, system troubleshooting, and surgeon collaboration in a field-based position.
Responsibilities
- Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic orthopedic procedures through hands-on training
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software
- Support full case preparation including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently in the operating room and manage on-call coverage for urgent cases
- Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff while collaborating with sales partners on account coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 4 years related experience
- High school diploma with 6 years professional experience
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage stressful situations
- Previous clinical experience preferred (nursing, surgical technology, physical therapy, or similar)
Compensation: $71,900-$100,000 USD base
