We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume production facility. This individual will play a key role in driving equipment reliability, preventive maintenance initiatives, capital projects, safety performance, and team development.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys improving processes, developing talent, and partnering cross-functionally to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and plant performance.
• Manage and develop maintenance personnel through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Manage maintenance budgets, departmental objectives, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate equipment performance and determine repair, rebuild, or replacement strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Lead equipment installations, facility improvements, and capital projects from planning through execution.
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to achieve plant objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and maintenance best practices.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and utilize data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support plant startup activities, equipment modifications, and operational improvement projects.
• Maintain inventory controls and support spare parts management initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced production facility.
• Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Experience managing capital projects, contractors, and equipment installations.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze equipment issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
