If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.Your Impact: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing strategies, and providing valuable insights to support our growth objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver results What You’ll Do:Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow nextBuild the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and deliveryStructure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisionsPartner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignmentAbout You:3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10. Experience in industry research and customer segmentationExperience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push backAre able to structure analysis & build data-driven modelsHave a growth mindset. Equity will be a significant portion of your total compensation, and will increase over time in proportion to your impact. The base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$100,000—$200,000 USD
