Renewal by Andersen of Boise is looking for a Direct Marketing Team Lead in Meridian, ID — someone with energy, leadership instincts, and a passion for motivating a team to succeed. In this role, you’ll support and coach our canvassing team, go into the field with them, help generate leads, and ensure strong performance day after day. You’ll lead by example while helping others grow and develop in their careers. Compensation Competitive hourly rate of $26 plus bonuses Team performance bonus opportunities Total earnings vary based on performance What You’ll Be Doing (Leadership + Field Work) Lead, motivate, and coach the direct marketing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals Go door-to-door with new and current canvassers, modeling high-quality conversations Ensure team members follow scripts, guidelines, and brand standards Drive the team to assigned neighborhoods for marketing shifts Help coordinate logistics including: mapping & route planning tracking & reporting permit organization script and flyer maintenance Organize and verify field lead sheets after each shift Accurately track lead data in the corporate database Achieve team bonus metrics and performance KPIs Foster a positive, professional, motivating team environment What We Provide Paid training + continuous coaching and development Company apparel , including cold-weather gear Mileage reimbursement (when applicable) Clear career-growth opportunities (Manager pathway available) Full benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with competitive employer match PTO & sick time 8 paid holidays + 1 flexible personal holiday Employee discounts on windows, plus discounts on travel, food, electronics & more A supportive, high-energy team culture What We’re Looking For Previous leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, trainer, or equivalent) Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills 2+ years of face-to-face marketing or canvassing experience Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilityGoal-oriented and comfortable meeting metrics Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry Why Renewal by Andersen?
