You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class digital execution and customer results. This position is an entry point into high‑growth eCommerce within SCJ PRO, offering strong visibility and development opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the execution of the eCommerce channel strategy, contributing to sales, profitability, and growth targetsLead and support retail readiness and catalog clean-up with our ecommerce agency partnerLead and support retail media strategy for AmazonManage day‑to‑day operations for Amazon, including assortment, content, pricing, and promotions – Main point of contact for AVS Amazon teamCollaborate with Marketing and Customer marketing to support other and other eCommerce distributors platformsAnalyze Amazon performance KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and share of search, and translate insights into actionsSupport the development of tentpole events plans, forecasts, and promotional calendarsPrepare analyses and materials for customer meetings, negotiations, and joint business planningCoordinate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, to ensure product availability and campaign executionIdentify opportunities to improve digital shelf quality and online visibilityContribute to the onboarding and development of new eCommerce customers and platforms, including marketplaces and distributorsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial roleQualified Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSStructured, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused mindsetStrong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and data driven insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration and communication skills across functionsProactive, hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn and growCustomer‑centric thinking with a passion for digital commerceComfort working in a fast-pacing environment and matrix organizationExperience with Amazon (Vendor Central / Seller Central) or online marketplacesExperience with eCommerce KPIs, retail media and digital shelf optimizationExperience in eCommerce, with FMCG, Start-Ups or other digital commerce businessesJOB REQUIREMENTSFull-time position, regular business hours, Monday-FridayThis role is located at the SC Johnson Professional Corporate Office in Charlotte, NCRemote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding periodDomestic relocation is not available for this roleOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice as assigned by the Manager.
