Travel RN - Emergency Department - Night Shift

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift: 7PM - 7AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for our Emergency Department, which is equipped to handle high-acuity cases in a bustling Level II trauma center. This position offers the chance to work with a highly engaged team, focusing on exceptional patient care and innovative pain management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical patient care within a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality treatment.
• Engage with patients and families to provide empathetic care and support.
• Participate in procedural sedation using medications such as Propofol, Etomidate, and Ketamine.
• Implement patient safety monitoring for at-risk individuals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care ED hospital experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC.
• Preferred certifications: CEN and Meditech experience.
