Duties & Responsibilities

Manage inpatient care for assigned patients on a 7 on / 7 off rotation
Conduct daily rounds and coordinate with supervising physicians
Perform admissions, discharges, and comprehensive documentation in Epic
Collaborate with RNs, PA/NPs, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care
Respond to changes in patient status and adjust treatment plans accordingly
