Accounting Specialist

Blunier Builders, Inc. is a leading post-frame construction company located in Washington, Illinois, specializing in agricultural, residential, and commercial building solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting Department.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with an excellent benefits package. Position Responsibilities- Perform daily accounting transactions with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Accurately process company bills, invoices, and payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform daily and monthly payment reconciliation
- Process weekly vendor checks and payments for processing
- Coordinate company receipts and credit card transactions
- Assist the accounting team and receptionist as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
