12-hour Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM

Job Description

The Step-down Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care for adult and geriatric patients in a step-down and telemetry unit. The role involves managing patient needs and ensuring high-quality clinical care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan patient care.
• Document patient care processes in EMR systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2 years of step-down/telemetry experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Active RN license in good standing.
