Administrative Assistant

Are you organized, welcoming, and energized by meaningful work that makes a difference in people's lives? The Church of St. Michael is seeking a highly organized and service-minded Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our parish and a key support for parish operations, faith formation, and ministry programs. This is a diverse, people-centered role where no two days are the same. What You'll Do Welcome parishioners, visitors, and volunteers Coordinate parish communications and office operations Manage parish records and databases Support faith formation, youth ministry, and sacramental preparation programs Assist with registrations, events, schedules, and volunteer coordination Process contributions and support online giving systems Provide administrative support to parish staff and ministry leaders Hours: 40 hours per week, 12 months per year Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. It is preferred that this employee be an active, participating Roman Catholic . #J-18808-Ljbffr
