Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce diagnostic-quality images of the heart for interpretation by the care team. This opportunity is located in Redding, CA at a hospital setting. Candidates will work collaboratively with cardiology and perioperative teams to support patient care and departmental operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an echo/cardiac sonographer.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing transthoracic echocardiography and producing diagnostic cardiac images.
• Ability to follow departmental protocols for image acquisition, documentation, and patient safety.
• Client requirement: must have all necessary licenses and certifications to work in California.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with on-call rotations.
• Prior experience in a hospital cardiology or acute care setting.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–19:30.
• Scheduled days include Saturday, Sunday, and Monday as primary coverage days.
• On-call may be required.
