Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree or higher Three or more years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and interview scheduling platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications Ability to manage complex schedules independently and exercise sound judgment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Jobvite, Ashby, or GoodTime Experience coordinating panel interviews across multiple time zones Interest in leveraging candidate feedback and data for process improvements Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field Proven track record of managing complex interview schedules and candidate coordination in a fast-paced environment Other Requirements: This role is hybrid, based in Durham, NC, with onsite responsibilities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Candidate must be comfortable with travel for onsite interviews, if necessary No specific certifications required, but familiarity with scheduling tools is advantageous This position is exclusive to W2 employment status Bring your organizational expertise and empathetic communication to support an impactful candidate experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr DeWinter Group
