Custom Staffing is currently hiring for a 1st Shift Welder/Fabricator .
Shift:
6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$23.00/hr+
Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Perform flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) to produce high-quality finished products.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Previous experience fabricating directly from blueprints is preferred.
- Experience welding with flux-cored welding wire (FCAW) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
