Telehealth Nurse Practitioner — Geriatric Care

CareMed in Kentucky is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide telemedicine services for patients in long-term care facilities. This role involves delivering primary and preventative care, managing residents with acute changes in condition, and prescribing medications in compliance with State law.
