Telehealth Nurse Practitioner — Geriatric Care

CareMed in Kentucky is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide telemedicine services for patients in long-term care facilities. This role involves delivering primary and preventative care, managing residents with acute changes in condition, and prescribing medications in compliance with State law. The ideal candidate will have a current NP license, board certification, DEA licensure, and a background in geriatric or long-term care settings.
