Enzo's Pizzeria of Grand Blanc | Grand Blanc, MI
Join the vibrant team at Enzo's Pizzeria of Grand Blanc as a Restaurant Manager, where you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment, you will lead our front-of-house team, develop staff, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Own the guest experience by ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Develop and mentor staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency in service.
Requirements
Previous experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Schedule
Full-time availability required, including evenings and weekends.
