We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our busy Downriver office. This opportunity offers a balanced Monday through Thursday workweek with no evening or weekend shifts, making it ideal for professionals seeking flexibility and work-life balance. Requirements
- Infection Control License
- Licensed dental hygienist
Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Michigan
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, oral health assessments, and patient education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Job Description
Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive treatments for patients
Conduct oral health assessments and document patient histories
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Assist dentists and specialists during procedures as needed
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Manage patient records accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
Benefits
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
Jobley Bonus: $180 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday to Sunday: Closed
No evenings or weekend shifts
