Remote Population Health Pharmacist Quality Measures

Raleigh, NC

UNC Health in North Carolina is seeking a Quality Measures Pharmacist to support performance on value care contract measures. You will review charts, provide clinical recommendations, and coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and patients to improve medication adherence. This remote role with occasional onsite work in Morrisville, NC requires NC licensure and a PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree. You will mentor technicians, support stakeholder meetings, and help drive better health outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
