We are looking for a full-time Finance Systems Administrator to join our RingCentral’s Enterprise Applications team. In this position, you will work with business partners, technology architects and system analysts to help support enterprise applications financial systems. As an applications engineer, you will apply your technical and functional (techno-functional) knowledge to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with multiple cross functional teams and find solutions. You will be responsible for documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement and ongoing support.Working Hours: This position requires the candidate to work in global environment which needs collaboration with business partners and leaders, in US Pacific time zone (typically up to midnight India time)Responsibilities:Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support:Maintenance and daily management of finance business applications. General system administration of ERP system and processes.Provide front line support for all finance tickets and operational issues for multiple systems like NetSuite, Concur and Blackline.Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently via Freshservice/JIRAWork with various IT and Finance teams to investigate system production support issues and ensure timely resolution.Acts as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data.Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.Lead multiple finance systems user access provisioning, updates and ensure data accuracy.Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).Work hands-on to solving technical/systems issues by investigating system configurations and integrations to other IT systemsProactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identifies potential solutions and presents to both Business and IT stakeholders.Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and identify opportunity for automation to reduce manual ticket resolutionCollaborate with other technology leaders on the implementation and operation of Incident Management and Change Management.Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of production releases for finance applications, ensuring adherence to financial controls and operational readiness.Engage in other areas of Finance such as SOX Compliance and Reporting.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or business management OR related field and equivalent practical experience.Good functional and configuration level understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to NetSuite/Coupa System Administration, Order Management, Invoicing, Item Master, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.3 - 7 years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing and integrating one or more SaaS software (e.g.: NetSuite, Coupa, Concur et al)Any system administration certification (nice to have)Knowledge of SDLC life cycle, spreadsheet applications, complex formula and macro creation required (Excel - Macros, PivotTables, VLOOKUP).Working knowledge of API integrations with enterprise systemsProven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.Document complex systems, processes, events and architectures.Operates with high integrity and transparency.Must be customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.What we offer:Comprehensive HMO package (medical and dental)Paid time off and paid sick leaveQuarterly Performance BonusEmployee Assistance and Wellness ProgramsRingCentral’s work culture is the backbone of our success.
