Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Entry-level position no previous experience required. Training provided. Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends when needed. Job Duties Prepare finished printed products for shipment. Load and place products onto production lines. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform visual inspections of products for quality control. Move materials and completed products throughout the facility. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout 12-hour shifts.
