Job Details Job Location: Concord Mills Carolina Ale House – Concord, NC 28027 Salary Range: $12.00 - $17.00 Hourly Position: Prep Cook Position Description Our Prep Cooks prepare our house‑made sauces and ensure that our fresh ingredients are properly portioned and ready to use. This team is responsible for execution of our high product standards and reports any kitchen operation opportunities to the management team.
