Certified Surg Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements: Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) BLS Certification 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment For CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program required Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required Current BLS CPR certification required from the American Heart Association Previous operating room experience required Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative procedures Ability to participate in call coverage and respond within required timeframes Assignment Details Schedule: Mon - Fri Potential call required Reliable personal transportation is required, as public transportation is limited Apply now and you'll be contacted by a recruiter who'll give you more information.
