Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all actions align with Board policies, mission statement, and strategic plan. Participate in professional development to enhance instructional skills. Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning. Engage students in an inquiry‑based delivery model. Provide a variety of learning materials and resources. Use a wide range of instructional strategies and technologies to meet diverse student needs. Consider equitable resources and instructional practices. Update and maintain necessary records accurately and completely. Create and maintain a safe learning environment. Demonstrate effective behavior management techniques.
