Job Title: Accounting/Administration Specialist

Location (city, state): Fully on-site in Bellevue, WA

Compensation: $70-90k

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related preferred
• Punctual, dependable, and service-oriented
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clerical or administrative role with at least 1 year involving bookkeeping or accounting functions.
• Sound judgment with the ability to prioritize competing demands independently while managing time effectively
• Strong attention to detail, professional verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with dedication to improving processes that lead to better outcomes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, Teams, & general technology solutions

 

Job Description:

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process and verify incoming vendor invoices while ensuring all payments are accurately coded and authorized.
• Office Management: Manage front-desk operations, coordinate office supplies, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain an organized, welcoming reception area. Provide a warm greeting to everyone upon arrival.
• Bookkeeping: Perform daily data entry into the accounting system, assist with bank reconciliations, and support month-end closing tasks.
• Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and resolve vendor billing discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all financial and administrative documents, ensuring audit readiness.
