L3Harris is hosting an in-person Engineering Hiring Event for our Wilmington, MA site, and we’re looking for experienced professionals who want to solve complex challenges, work on mission-driven programs, and help shape the future of defense and aerospace innovation.

We’re hiring for: 

• Manufacturing Engineering 

• Mechanical Engineering 

• Optical Engineering 

• Program Management 

• Software Engineering 

• Systems Engineering 

Qualifications (what we’re looking for) 

• A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree 

• An active DoD Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one 

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology environments
