You will be responsible for the following:Manage key client relationshipsDrive strategies to transform 1, client's manufacturing solutions, and 2, Cognizant relationship with the clientReview, report and plan to improve program and Portfolio metricsTeam performance managementOrganic portfolio growthBasic Qualifications:Domain skills: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing process including pharma and bio-pharma processesSound understanding of Recipe Management, ISA 88 standard Pharma manufacturing systems knowledge across various Manufacturing Systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), OEE(Operational Equipment Efficiency), Plant Performance systems, QMS(Quality Management Systems), MI(Manufacturing Intelligence), EAMS(Enterprise Asset Management Sys) etc in a Manufacturing site.Industrial IoT Program Management Skills:Program Management experience of a portfolio with multiple projects running in parallelCustomer Relationship Management and Stakeholder ManagementExperience in Proposal Writing, responding to RFP's/Bids, etc and presenting the solutionsPeople Management including conducting year-end appraisals and mentoringPersonal skills:Ability to drive strategic conversations with clientExperience of working with global stakeholdersExcellent communication skillsThought leadershipTeam leadershipPreferred Qualifications:Business Development experienceApplication of Digital technologies to pharma manufacturingPharmaceutical manufacturing IT experienceDiversity: Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
