Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse II - NICU

Our organization in San Antonio is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse II to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role involves delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to high-risk newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough neonatal assessments to evaluate the health of newborns.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Operate and manage ventilators and monitoring equipment effectively.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Work collaboratively with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare specialists.
• Provide education and support to families during their time in the NICU.
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Experience in a neonatal care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
