Position Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer (Pipelayer) to support civil construction and underground utility projects. This role is responsible for assisting with pipe installation, trench preparation, material handling, site cleanup, and supporting equipment operators on active construction sites . Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm systems. Perform trench excavation, bedding, backfilling, and compaction activities. Load and unload construction materials and equipment. Support heavy equipment operators through signaling and site coordination. Perform site preparation and cleanup. Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Set up traffic control devices, cones, barricades, and safety markers when required. Qualifications Construction or underground utility experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50–100 lbs regularly. Experience with hand tools and basic construction equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
