As a Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in London, OH at the London Branch. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer appropriately. Conduct meaningful conversations with customers to identify opportunities and refer to branch staff as needed. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintain a customer‑focused mindset, knowledgeable about practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. Manage risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure compliance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Competencies: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Addressing Customer Needs, Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Fraud Detection and Prevention, Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Problem Solving, Understanding Customer Needs. Work Experience Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education No degree required. No certifications required. No licenses required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
