This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week government contract role, starting in October , offering you the opportunity to provide high-quality care to the Lake Traverse Reservation community. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care services to American Indian and Alaska Native patients across the lifespan Conduct physical exams, review patient histories, and order diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with IHS formulary guidelines Develop and manage individualized patient care plans Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Participate in quality improvement efforts and clinical documentation Follow infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality protocols Utilize the Patient Referred Care (PRC) process for external referrals Additional Duties: Other duties may be assigned by the clinic supervisor as needed. Flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient care are essential.
