Consult with classroom teachers, reading specialist, and Title 1 Director. Responsibilities Deliver targeted reading instruction to small groups of elementary students. Collaborate with classroom teachers, reading specialists, and Title 1 Director to plan and assess instruction. Use evidence‑based practices (e.g., F+P, Fundations, DIBELS) to assess student progress and adjust instruction. Maintain accurate instructional records and communicate progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. (Bachelor's degree preferred.) Minimum of 3 years of relevant instructional experience with elementary students. Strong background in literacy/reading instruction and assessment. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
