**School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Bel Air, MD**

We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Bel Air, MD. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment where you can make a meaningful impact on students’ academic achievement, independence, and overall development.

In this role, you'll help students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and functional participation in the classroom while working closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
* School-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct student evaluations and provide occupational therapy services
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
* Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
