Job Summary:
Pediatric Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Minneapolis, MN. This position involves providing family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a surgical setting within the designated specialty. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to professional practice standards. The assignment is for 12 weeks, with a start date of August 10, 2026.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating Day/Evening shifts, 8 hours each
• Schedule: 8 hours daily, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of accredited school of nursing, Minnesota RN license or Minnesota Temporary Permit-RN, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and two (2) years of perioperative nursing experience
• Specialty: Operating Room Pediatrics Only (OR PEDS)
• Experience: 2 years minimum of relevant perioperative nursing experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Travel Required: No
• Additional Information: The RN will coordinate and provide family-centered nursing care for pediatric surgical patients, utilizing the nursing process. They will be accountable for professional practice, including both independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions performed collaboratively with the healthcare team. Candidates should be vetted for prior employment or contingent work experience within the organization and their interview availability should be provided for consideration.
