Hiring Process Qualified candidates will begin with a 15-30-minute Zoom interview conducted by our external hiring consultant. If selected to proceed, candidates will complete a Career History Form and participate in additional interviews with Tempo Wealth leadership. - Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials
- Company-paid health insurance

- No business development requirements
- Assist in preparing financial plans , analyses, and client reports
- Support the wealth planning team through financial planning research tailored to each client's unique circumstances
- Client meeting preparation and follow up
- Data gathering from clients and other professionals and data entry into financial planning software
- Model scenarios for clients with executive compensation and stock-based benefits
- Assist in creating planning deliverables, recommendation summaries, and client meeting materials
- Build, maintain, and update detailed financial planning scenarios, including retirement projections, cash flow analyses, tax-sensitive planning strategies, equity compensation modeling, deferred compensation analyses, and concentrated stock planning
- Minimum 3 years paraplanning/planning experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client-facing
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Tech-savvy , with the ability to learn quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with eMoney platforms a plus
- FPQP or CFP designations not required, but would be a plus
