Located in Harrisburg, Oregon, Centerline Fabrication is a growing structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication company serving commercial, industrial, utility, and infrastructure markets throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our team works with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum utilizing advanced fabrication equipment, industry-leading welding processes, and a documented quality management system. As we continue to expand our capabilities and facility footprint, we’re looking for experienced Steel Fabricator/Welders to join our team. Steel Fabricator/Welder II A Steel Fabricator/Welder II is responsible for independently fabricating and welding structural and miscellaneous steel components from shop drawings while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. This position requires proficiency in multiple welding processes and the ability to work with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of steel fabrication and welding experience Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and/or GTAW welding processes Ability to read and interpret structural steel shop drawings and blueprints Experience fitting, fabricating, and assembling structural steel components Ability to operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, grinders, ironworkers, and material handling equipment Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication tolerances Ability to work independently and maintain production schedules Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Steel Fabricator/Welder III A Steel Fabricator/Welder III is a highly skilled tradesperson capable of performing advanced fabrication, fitting, layout, and welding operations with minimal supervision. This individual serves as a leader on the shop floor, mentors junior employees, and consistently produces high-quality work that meets customer and industry requirements.
