What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll connect with business owners to identify their needs and introduce them to EVOLV's industry-leading payment processing and business technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up
• Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs
• Present and close EVOLV's portfolio of business solutions
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Schedule appointments for Account Executives, Inside Sales Representatives, and Independent Sales Groups when appropriate
• Accurately document all customer interactions within HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with referral partners, banks, associations, and internal teams
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity expectations
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
• Attend meetings, trade shows, networking events, and conferences as requested
• Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated sales professionals who are eager to succeed and enjoy working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Merchant Services, Payment Processing, Technology Sales, Financial Services, SaaS Sales, or Customer Acquisition preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls throughout the day
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve

Performance Expectations

Successful Account Executives are proactive, organized, and results-driven.

Minimum performance expectations include:

• Approximately 2.5 hours of phone talk time during an 8-hour workday
• Minimum of 100 daily sales activities, including outbound calls, follow-ups, meetings, and prospecting
• Consistently achieve or exceed established sales goals
• Maintain accurate documentation using HubSpot CRM, Zoom Phone, and company systems
