Associate Project Manager

Talascend is currently seeking a Associate Project Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Austin, Texas.OverviewThis role involves supporting facilities management through data collection, report preparation, field work, and CAD updates. The candidate will work closely with the space management and projects teams, primarily supporting facilities-related projects.ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze facility-related data, including field measurements and progress photosPrepare reports and presentations, primarily using PowerPointUpdate master CAD files using AutoCAD and perform quantity take-offs with AutoCAD viewerSupport project coordination by assisting with project plans, proposals, and client communicationsCollaborate with teams to validate seating plans and update facility layoutsSupport the head of facilities and wider management teams as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or a related field2-4 years of relevant experience, with CAD knowledge (2+ years preferred)Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with attention to detailProblem-solving skills and interpersonal skillsExperience with JCI Open Blue is a plus but not requiredDemonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or educationPreferred QualificationsAutoCAD certification or experience in AutoCAD updates and quantity take-offsPMP or PMI certification (preferred)We thank all applicants for their interest.
