Position Summary As an Inventory Control Specialist , you'll be responsible for keeping our store and warehouse organized, stocked, and ready to serve customers. You'll unload trucks, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect products for damage, and maintain clean, safe storage areas. In addition, you'll support store operations by assisting with sales on the floor and helping customers load their vehicles. This role is hands-on and fast-paced - perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys physical work, and thrives in a team environment. What You'll Do Unload delivery trucks and load customer pick-ups. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves or stored in the warehouse. Inspect stock items for wear, defects, or damage and report issues to supervisors. Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas both in-store and in the warehouse. Physically move and lift merchandise as needed. Assist sales teams on the floor when needed. Follow direction, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise safely. Excellent communication and time management skills. Willingness to work in a physically active, hands-on role. Team player with a customer-focused attitude. Prior warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience is a plus.
