Chick-fil-A Wilson est contratando miembros del equipo de back-of-house para puestos a tiempo completo y parcial. Responsabilidades (Back of House / Corazn de la Casa)
- Preparar, cocinar y preparar la comida segn las recetas y estndares de Chick-fil-A
- Mantener en todo momento prcticas adecuadas de seguridad alimentaria, limpieza y saneamiento
- Asegura la precisin y calidad de todos los platos del men que salen de la cocina
- Reabastece los ingredientes, rota los productos y mantn un espacio de trabajo organizado
- Maneja los equipos de cocina de forma segura y correcta (freidoras, barbacoas, ollas a presin, etc.)
- Trabaja de forma eficiente durante los periodos de alto volumen manteniendo la calma y la concentracin
- Sigue las rutinas diarias y listas de comprobacin con constancia y atencin al detalle
- Realiza tareas fsicamente exigentes: estar de pie entre 8 y 10 horas, levantar hasta 50 libras, agacharte y trabajar con calor
- Apoya al equipo comunicndote claramente y ayudando cuando sea necesario

- No se requiere experiencia formacin proporcionada
- Fuerte tica de trabajo y atencin al detalle
- Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno de cocina rpido y de alta presin
- Compromiso con la seguridad y limpieza alimentaria
- Actitud positiva y mentalidad de equipo primero
- Cmodo con tareas fsicamente exigentes
- Disfruta de tareas rutinarias y procesos consistentes
- Aprendiz rpido que toma la iniciativa y se adapta con rapidez
- Matemticas bsicas
Requisitos de turno
- El solicitante para este puesto debe estar disponible: 16:00-22:30
- Se requiere disponibilidad los fines de semana
- Capaz de trabajar al aire libre en puestos de servicio en el servicio de coche
- Domingos libres
