- Leading a team of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing effective policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure seamless operations
- Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and mentoring staff to promote professional growth and development
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure integrated care and effective communication
- Monitoring patient outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate a commitment to Care Beyond Compare
- Develop and implement effective care plans and treatment strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered goals

- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
