Position Leasing Consultant – Toscana at Rancho del Rey (500 units) Responsibilities Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. accompanies prospects to view model apartments and discusses size, layout, facilities, such as swimming pool, location of shopping centers and freeways, services, and lease terms. Qualify prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork; update records as necessary. Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit and application fee. Introduce resident to apartment/property procedures. Promote positive, proactive resident relations to ensure the living experience is of the highest quality. Qualifications Demonstrated sales and customer service experience a must. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team. Ability to work weekends a must. Employment and Benefits Salary range is $20.00–$21.00/hour.
