Opportunity: Reservations AgentHHM Hotels is looking for a remote Reservations Agent to respond to telephone, email, internet inquiries, and employ sales techniques. The role will process reservations for guest accommodations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.Potential Career PathReservations Manager – Front Office Supervisor – Front Office ManagerEssential Job FunctionsAnswer the telephone and greet prospective guests in a friendly manner.
