Regional Field Service Technician

Client is seeking a skilled Regional Field Service Engineer to support commercial laundry customers throughout California. This field-based role focuses on providing expert service, installation, commissioning, and technical support for advanced commercial laundry and automation equipment. This position combines hands‑on mechanical and electrical work with customer‑facing responsibilities and is ideal for technicians who enjoy problem‑solving, working independently, and traveling to customer sites. Responsibilities Perform service, maintenance, and repair on commercial laundry and automated equipment. Install, commission, and optimize new machinery at customer locations. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers across the region. Support sales efforts by identifying service opportunities and customer needs. Document all service activities, maintenance work, and customer interactions accurately and on time. Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience Prior experience with commercial laundry equipment required. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience diagnosing issues related to electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. Proficiency with Windows‑based systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced field environment. Willingness to travel extensively throughout California and surrounding areas. Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain one). Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $30–$36, based on experience. 401(k) with company match. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
