Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Analyst supports daily operations by monitoring supply chain performance, maintaining dashboards and reports, analyzing trends and issues, and ensuring master data accuracy. This role will work closely with Supply Chain, BI, IT, and business teams to translate operational needs into automated reporting solutions, resolves data and system issues, and provide actionable insights that improve planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory processes.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventoryAnalyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesPartner with Supply Chain, BI, IT, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver solutions using PowerBI, Oracle, and similar toolsAutomate and standardize reporting and data workflowsLead data remediation activities to resolve inconsistencies and improve data qualityMaintain accurate, complete, and consistent master data; resolve data issues and support data governance standardsConduct advanced data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations and system requirementsDocument reports and processes, train users, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation supportPerform ad-hoc analysis and related duties as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field, plus one to three years of relevant experienceExperience developing supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and automated reports using PowerBI, Oracle, or similar toolsKnowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, master data management, and data governanceExperience with ERP and MRP systems; Oracle or QAD preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and macrosStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organization skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; project management experience is a plusJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
