ROLE - SPECIALTY

SCHEDULE
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40.00

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and nursing process.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
- Evaluates patient progress toward attaining health outcomes.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Requires all associates to receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment annually.
