Field Service Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Maintenance CNC Machining Centers Machine Tools Lathe Mills Robots FANUC Siemens CHIRON - .

Seeking individual with a Road Warrior mentality who has experience traveling to customer sites to install, repair, and modify CNC Machining Centers.

Activities:

• Lead installation of CNC mills, grinders, lathes, etc. and connect, wire, power-up, test, tune, and troubleshoot machines.

• Train customers on proper start up, operation, shut down, cleaning, and basic maintenance.

• Recommend additional warranties or service plans.

• Assist with spare part ordering and recommend purchase of replacement parts or tooling.

• Act as the face of the company to customers and ensure all questions are answered and concerns are addressed.

• Repair and upgrade machines, provide remote assistance when customers need help solving minor problems.

Required:

• 3+ years hands-on installation, repair, modification, or upgrade of CNC Mills, Grinders, Lathes, etc.

• Ability and willingness to travel region daily for installation and repair service calls.
