Position Clinic Admissions Associate Location Sugar Grove Job Id 30272 Pay $19 - $22 per hour with bonus potential up to $6,000 Benefits 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 flex days (more with tenure) Student loan support up to $600 in repayment options Health insurance 90% coverage, 401k with 2% company match Maternity/paternity award up to $3,000, FSA for childcare Team events, regional recognition nights, and other celebrations Free lunch Fridays Responsibilities Day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics (document management, tracking, internal and external communication) Provide support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families Become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand services Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership Embody core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and serve as a cultural role model Qualifications Positive and contagious attitude toward families 1‑2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas Passion for work that benefits children with autism and their families Eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented culture Deep commitment to show up daily and lead at your center High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred Our Story At ABC, every child with autism has a unique story.
