Job Title Sales Associate (Full-Time, 30–40 hours/week) Location Bishop Arts District, Dallas, TX About Us We are a unique, curated toy store with a “cabinet of curiosities” feel—blending nostalgic favorites with trendy, discovery-driven products. We are excited to be opening a brand-new store on June 1st and are building a team that will help shape the store’s culture, energy, and customer experience from day one. Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associate to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, stays up to date on toy trends, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with both children and adults in a warm, knowledgeable way. Actively drive sales by recommending products and creating a fun, interactive shopping experience. Maintain a visually appealing sales floor through stocking, organizing, and merchandising. Stay informed on current toy trends, bestsellers, and new arrivals. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving shipments. Support store events, promotions, and seasonal displays. Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting at all times. Qualifications Must enjoy working with children and have a passion for toys, creativity, and trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, positive, and proactive attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Retail or customer service experience required. Schedule Requirements 30–40 hours per week.
